PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1998 to 2002- Director, Printmaking Program, Savannah College of Art
and Design. Established the printmaking program including studio design
and implementation, wrote course curriculum and taught all levels of
printmaking including, Lithography, Intaglio, Relief, and Photo/Digital
courses.
Hosted national conference of the American Print Alliance, developed
visiting artist program, and organized annnual and biannual exhibitions.
Spring 2002
Lacoste School of the Arts, Lacoste, France. Part of initial team sent
to France to develop new study abroad program for the Savannah College
of Art and Design. Developed new courses and taught Intaglio, Monotype,
Drawing, and Architectural Illlustration. Served as Academic Director.
1994 to 1998-Adjunct Instructor, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Taught Drawing/2D in First Year Program, and Drawing in the Painting/Drawing
Dept. Advisor, Co-Operative Education Internship Program.
1993 to 1994 -Assistant Professor, Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond
Virginia Taught Drawing Vehicles, Life Drawing, Drawing Studio, Visual
Communications I and II.
1988 to 1993-Professor,
Foundation Program, Savannah College of Art and Design. Taught Drawing
I, II, and III, 2D and 3D Design, and Color Theory. Served on several
curriculum committees to develop content of foundation courses.
